Who are you guys?

Nissan note isofix points

I live in spain and my wife and I are due our first baby end of february next year. We have been looking at the Nissan Note automatic - year 2007 but confused about ISOFIX? The seller says this model has iSOFIX installl but my mechanic says it has not. We called Nissan in UK and they didnt have a clue? I could not see 2 isofix brackets on the rear seats? Is this because the rear seats have to be slide back to activate the isofix? I even read somewhere the boot has luggage brackets to tie down luggage could this be mistaken for the isofic brackets? Please help anyone. I cannot afford to buy a car and baby seat to find out it does not fit, really stuck on this ;(

Can any proud Nissan Note owner upload a video or photo to show where the ISOfix bracket is or what it looks like? So i know where to look and how it works?

iirc the isofix was fitted to 2007 but on the higher spec cars, facelift cars had iso fix as standard (late 2008 - on) these have the studs on the seat and the tether loops on the back of the seat (in the boot) green tag tbh you need to look at the car your buying

as you can see the anchor points are hidden by the seat

That's one thing about the ISO fittings, you have to dig deep to find them. Some cars have big plastic covers on the seats, not sure if you would feel these when you sit on them?
